What: Full-cycle recruiting for healthcare and operations roles, requiring high-volume hiring and daily candidate engagement.

When: Immediate need to support expanding hiring initiatives.

Where: Romulus, MI

Why: To ensure critical healthcare operations roles are filled quickly and efficiently.

Office Environment: Collaborative recruiting team

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 base plus potential bonus.

Position Overview:
We're hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring for key roles such as healthcare professionals, drivers, shift supervisors, operations managers, and directors. This position requires urgency, grit, and a passion for talent acquisition in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple levels and locations.
• Conduct daily candidate outreach, screening, and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with internal leadership.
• Manage candidates through offer stage and onboarding.
• Track daily performance through KPIs.
• Collaborate with temp and offshore recruiting support.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of direct recruiting experience.
• Strong preference for healthcare or operations recruitment background.
• Experience managing high candidate volume.
• Exceptional follow-up, organization, and communication skills.
