Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote — Philippines (collaborating daily with the U.S. team) Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, vet, and onboard top-tier remote talent for our growing contractor network. Reporting to the TA Lead, you'll play a key role in building the independent talent pipeline that supports our organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Talent Sourcing: Support global talent acquisition efforts by sourcing and hiring high-quality remote professionals to work with U.S.-based clients.
• Candidate Screening & Coordination: Screen and coordinate candidates through each stage of the recruitment process, maintaining a positive and professional candidate experience throughout.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Lead and Director of Talent Acquisition to identify qualified candidates and keep the recruitment process running smoothly.
• ATS & Recruitment Data Management: Manage recruitment data through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), keeping candidate records accurate and up to date.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to strengthening LAdmins' employer brand to attract top remote talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role
• Experience working with or supporting U.S.-based clients or teams
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar recruitment software
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience recruiting for remote or offshore roles is a plus

Work Setup & Collaboration This is a full-time remote role based in the Philippines, working daily alongside a U.S.-based team. Reliable internet and a dedicated home workspace are expected.
