Job Description Overview: Seeking a part-time dental hygienist to join a supportive, collaborative dental team. This position provides hygiene support and patient preventive care in an organized clinical setting with flexible scheduling options.
Hygiene Support: Work alongside a dedicated hygiene assistant who cleans instruments and prepares treatment rooms, allowing complete focus on patient care.
Equipment Care: Utilize an automated instrument sharpening service to maintain clinical tools without taking time away from patient appointments.
Patient Allocation: Provide comprehensive dental hygiene procedures with generous time blocks, including 1 hour for adult prophylaxis and 1.5 hours when taking a full mouth series of X-rays.
Compensation Perks: Receive competitive base pay starting from $45 per hour along with bi-annual non-production bonuses, paid continuing education courses, and full access to office perks.

Part-time position working 16 to 20 hours per week. Shifts run Monday through Thursday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM with a daily 1-hour lunch break. The schedule is negotiable. No weekend or evening hours.
