As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will work directly with customers in retail environments, representing well-known brands and helping consumers discover products and services that match their needs. This position combines customer engagement, communication, and sales skills while providing hands-on experience and professional training.

Your Role

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Create memorable customer experiences through personalized conversations.
• Learn and communicate product information, promotions, and service options.
• Identify customer needs and provide recommendations based on their goals.
• Support daily sales initiatives while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve company objectives.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development programs.

• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Schedule: Full-time availability with flexibility, including weekends.
• Work Setting: In-person role located at retail partner locations.

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $15.92-$30.00 per hour , depending on experience and performance.

Team members are also eligible for performance-based commissions . Employees are guaranteed at least their hourly wages for all hours worked, including applicable overtime. If commission earnings exceed hourly wages for the applicable pay period, employees will receive the higher commission amount in accordance with applicable law.

Successful representatives may earn $800-$2,000 per week based on performance. Earnings vary by individual results and are not guaranteed.
