Managing day-to-day financial recordkeeping for a portfolio of clients, the full-time remote Bookkeeper will ensure accurate financial records are maintained to support seamless tax preparation. Key responsibilities Maintain accurate and organized financial records for clients, including transaction recording and account reconciliation Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and reports while identifying and resolving discrepancies Communicate directly with clients to gather documentation and clarify transactions, ensuring books are tax-ready Required qualifications 4+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in public accounting or financial services Proficiency with bookkeeping/accounting software, such as QuickBooks Online or Xero Experience working with high-net-worth individuals Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deadlines simultaneously Comfort working in a fully remote, fast-paced startup environment
